Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am new in ASP.NET and I have no one to guide me what I should do with the problem.
I have an ASP.NET Web Application which connects with the Oracle Database. Sometimes it works and sometimes(especially after machine restart) it throws the error:
Server Error in '/' Application.

In the past the problem seems to have disappeared somehow but not sure how.
My webconfig entry is:
<add name="OracleConnection" connectionString="DATA SOURCE=xxxx;PASSWORD=yyyyy;PERSIST SECURITY INFO=True;USER ID=zzzzz" providerName="Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client" />
I added the reference from NUGET package manager console through this:
Install-Package odp.net.managed
Please help.
