Windows forms grid partial results

Hi

We are trying to convert a traditional ADO.NET / Winforms desktop application to azure.

One of the things that we need to do is to start showing partial results of a query in the grid and keep on adding rows in the background until all rows are fetched.

Can you provide some pointers on how to achieve this ?
