Video Streaming in ASP.NET using MVC4

I need to design an application which can stream 50MB of video in enterprise level, means atleast 1000 users will be viewing same video simultaneously.

I am new for this concept, so any kind of solution design with example is helpful.

We are using HTML5 in our web application.
