How to pass one table id to another table id column using c++ code

In SQl Server::

 I have table like

Eid   Ename

1      xxxxx

2     yyyyy

3     sssss

4     rrrrr

dept table like::

id  did  dname 

i want to pass eid values to dept id column using c++ code ...how can i pass plz help me
