Xml Dif licensing

Hello everyone,

we need a XML dif in our production code. I found the XmlDiff library which is part of the .Net XML Power Tools (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa302295.aspx).

Can anyone tell me if we are allowed to use this in production? I really can't find something about if we are allowed to use it in a commercial product.

The eula is not mentioning this part explicitly.

Can anyone tell me if I'm allowed to use it, ideally with a reference to the licence text?
